Chapter 4
Investigations
St. James Church and Cemetery at Sag Canal

The entrance to St. James Church at Sag Canal. Please note the concrete wall along with the tall gate and heavy iron bars.

St. James Church is surrounded by graves of the parishioners in a classic European style churchyard cemetery. The sounds of a ghostly choir and music have been heard coming from the church.

The scent of flowers is found by this family tombstone in St. James Cemetery. The scent has been experienced during times of the year when no flowers are present. Anomalous electromagnetic field readings were found in the area to the right of the photograph. Mysterious failures of electronic equipment occurred here as well.

Chapter 6

A Few Friendly Visitors

A family portrait taken in the late 1950's in front of our home in Chicago. From left to right: Richard Huyser (father), LaVerne Huyser (mother), Albert Hawke (grandfather), Marion Hawke (grandmother), Roberta Hawke (aunt), and William "Bill" Hawke (uncle). Peeking from the side are my cousins; Judy and Nancy.
