Grace and Gino Courtright

The Courtright home was haunted by a ghost whose identity is unknown.

Paranormal activity did not occur until the Courtrights remodeled the upstairs. The bathroom was expanded by removing a wall between the bathroom and a tiny bedroom. The original bathroom was the site of a suicide by a previous owner. Residual energy was found with an EMF detector beside the bathtub. The field moved within a few feet of the tub.

During the second visit to the Courtright home, the lamp on this table turned off by itself. This was witnessed by 4 people. When the light was turned on, the framed photograph seen on the table was lying face down.

The ghost revealed itself to Grace Courtright by tucking the blankets in around her at night after she went to bed. Grace demonstrated her usual sleeping position for the team.

The team conducted a spirit release at the Courtright home. Amy Myers is sitting in the rocking chair and Grace Courtright is in the chair on the right. Both felt a cold spot between them. Amy felt the person who haunted the house between them, holding her hand. Barb checked the area between them and did not feel the cold, but perceived a resisistance against her hand. Amy's hand felt icy cold to the touch.

A family member of the person who haunted the house came over from the other side to persuade the ghost to go with to the other side. Amy reported the ghost was reluctant to go because of an attachment to Gino Courtright. Gino felt a cold spot form between him and Barb on the sofa. The temperature drop was confirmed by Donna Libby using the thermal scanner. The cold spot gradually faded away as the ghost agreed to depart.
