Hope Cemetery

Hope Cemetery is a small cemetery outside of Galesburg, Illinois. Located in a quiet rural area, the cemetery does have a local reputation for being haunted. It is the generic "ghosts hang out there" kind of reputation and is not backed up by specific sightings or experiences. As far as I've been able to determine, Hope is not haunted by any Earthbound Spirits, but has a very active cross over point within the boundaries of the cemetery.

When this misty form showed up in the photograph, it looked like a version of Casper the Friendly Ghost. It appears to have a head, arms, torso, and a tail. We've adopted him as our team mascot and he appears on the cover of "Small Town Ghosts".

I wonder who was sitting on the mourning bench we didn't see at the time this photo was taken?
