Union Cemetery

Founded in 1877, Union Cemetery began as a small cemetery attached to a Baptist church. The church is gone, but the cemetery remains. Union Cemetery is referred to by many teenagers as the "Red Ball:" Cemetery because of the red spherical tombstone shown below. It is reputed to glow with a supernatural light. In the dozens of times I have been there, it has never glowed, spun, levitated or done anything even the least unusual. Union Cemetery is not haunted, but is an active transfer point for Friendly Visitors.
